  • For Families: I meet with you either in the comfort of your home or at my welcoming office in West Leederville. This is your opportunity to share stories, memories and the little details that made your person uniquely themselves. Every service I deliver begins with a blank page and is written entirely around the life being honoured.

  • For Funeral Directors: You can rely on me to arrive prepared, communicate clearly and work seamlessly alongside your team. Scripts are professionally edited and supplied ahead of time. Ceremonies are carefully prepared, professionally delivered and thoughtfully tailored to every family. My goal is simple, to make your role easier while ensuring every family receives exceptional care.

From our very first conversation, my role is to make this process as gentle and uncomplicated as possible. Together, we'll create a service that reflects your loved one with honesty, dignity and warmth.

  1. Listening to Their Story
    We begin with a relaxed conversation, either in your home or at my West Leederville office. You'll have the opportunity to share memories, stories and the little details that made your loved one uniquely themselves. There is no rush, and no expectation to have everything prepared. I'll gently guide the conversation and help shape your thoughts along the way.

  2. Creating a Personalised Service
    Every ceremony begins with a blank page. I thoughtfully weave together your stories, chosen music, readings, poems and personal reflections into a service that feels natural, meaningful and true to the person being honoured. Whether you would like to include religious elements, cultural traditions or keep the ceremony entirely secular, every detail is tailored to your wishes.

  3. Taking Care of the Details
    Behind the scenes, I work closely with your funeral director to coordinate the ceremony, ensuring every element is carefully planned and everyone involved knows their role. Should changes arise in the days leading up to the service, I'll do everything I can to accommodate them, giving you one less thing to worry about.

  4. Guiding the Day
    On the day of the service, I arrive early to support both your family and the funeral director. From welcoming guests through to the final farewell, I gently guide the ceremony with warmth, professionalism and calm reassurance, allowing you the space to simply be present with those you love.

Since standing alongside my first family on the 15th of July 2021, I have had the privilege of helping more than 1,200 families honour the lives of those they love.

Whether your service is traditional, contemporary, religious or entirely non-religious, my role is always the same, to listen carefully, write thoughtfully, and gently guide you through one of life's most difficult moments with warmth, compassion and genuine care.

  • Absolutely. My philosophy is deeply inclusive. A celebration of life should mirror exactly what your loved one and your family value. I am completely comfortable weaving in a traditional blessing, a moment of silent reflection, or keeping the entire service beautifully secular and focused on their human legacy,

  • I am centrally based next to the freeway entrances in West Leederville, allowing me to easily service all major metropolitan cemeteries and crematoriums across Perth—from Pinnaroo in the north, to Karrakatta and Fremantle, down to Mandurah, as well as private properties and alternative venues in the Swan Valley.

  • Typically, we work within a timeline of 3 to 7 days depending on the funeral home's schedule. Because I operate as a full-time professional celebrant, I prioritise my calendar to ensure I am fully available to write, edit, and perfect a funeral script at short notice.
