A little about my faith journey… Having starting my life at Mt Hawthorn Baptist Church, it was in my late 20 & 30’s that I called Claremont Baptist Church home, and it was here that I met my gorgeous husband of 22 years, Iain! We spent a couple of years attending Westcity Church in Wembley, before I joined the staff team at Riverview Church for 10 years. It was at Riverview that I oversaw the Children’s Foundation, and made lifelong friends with international partners who seek to ‘Rescue, Protect, and Empower’ vulnerable people. While no longer in this role, my heart is very much still for the people of Cambodia, India, Rwanda, Tanzania and Timor Leste, and I continue to support projects personally in these countries. Becoming a full-time Celebrant in 2022, my family, and I, now call Nations Church, in Myaree home. I love to ‘give back’ and do this by serving as a Board member of Regent College and advocating for the urban poor in the developing world.
